Meet a Few Members of Our Web Team...


Scott Leder, Founder & CEO


Scott is an entrepreneur and internet executive with nearly 20 years of ownership and management experience. Scott was formerly the founder/CEO of Hammerhead Communications, Inc., a tech-company that provided web-based solutions to sports organizations and non-profits. After merging Hammerhead Communications with the Active Network (San Diego, CA) in 2007 and a short stint as the General Manager for Active Sports, Scott founded and is now the CEO of Hammerweb Holdings, LLC. Scott specializes in client development and product research and is always keen to the latest trends in the desktop internet and mobile internet industries. In his spare time, Scott enjoys road and mountain biking, hiking, skiing, traveling, coaching soccer and spending time with his kids and two Labrador Retrievers.


Ira Vick, Senior Web Developer


As a Web Developer/CSS specialist, Ira has a background in web development, education, business administration, and professional mountain bike racing. 

Ira is responsible for most of the website maintenance on our client sites as well as building custom sites using the latest CSS technology.  He also assists with management of web site projects and manages our customer support department.

In his free time, Ira enjoys rock climbing/bouldering, motorcycle riding, traveling, surfing, and basketball.


Joan Staubach, Senior Web Developer and Programmer


Joan is responsible for the requirements analysis and creation of custom web applications.
Joan has over 30 years’ experience  architecting and programming custom applications.  She adapts and expands her knowledge continually to keep up with current web technology.

Joan has experience with the following technologies:  Microsoft’s C#.Net, VB.Net, VisualBasic, C++, C, SQL Server, Microsoft Access,  jQuery, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML.

Joan enjoys hiking outdoors and spending time with her daughters.

 
Wayne Donaho, Senior Web Developer and Programmer


Wayne is responsible for the creation and performance monitoring of large database-driven web sites and applications.  He is also involved in the requirements analysis for our custom programming projects. Wayne implements design concepts primarily using the AJAX stack (CSS, Apache, Javascript, PHP, Mysql).

Wayne worked for more than 10 years with Lockheed Martin in Eagan, Minnesota as a Software Engineer and brings a wealth of web programming experience to the Hammerweb team.
