9/9/11 -- Hammerweb Holdings Launches All New Online Client Support Ticket Portal For Even Better Customer Support
Because we value you and wish to continue providing quality and expedient customer service, we have implemented a support ticket system for your reporting of support issues, website changes and pricing requests. This new system allows us to very quickly route support tickets to the appropriate staff member and get you an answer or solve the problem in a timely manner.
Please use the support ticket portal to communicate a need for:
- Web Changes
You can attach up to 3 files. If you have a large amount of photos, you can specify that in the note and we can work out the best way for you to get the pictures to us. The support ticket system replaces emails submissions for website changes/additions.
Technial Support
Website issues, system questions, email questions, something not working correctly, etc.
Request for Pricing
If you are looking to add functionality or features to your website or system, you can use this system to send us a request for pricing.
To Create a Support Ticket:
- Go to: www.HammerwebSupport.com
You can create the support ticket as a guest or create a username and password and will then have log in capability to see the status of your ticket at any time. We highly recommend you register/create an account so you don’t have to fill in your information each time you need to contact us. The register link is up above the form. It is a small blue link that says “Register”.
Please fill out all of the fields and give us as much information as possible. This will help us route your ticket to the appropriate staff member. You will be able to attach up to 3 documents.
Please do not reply to the email that you receive from the support ticket system. That email box is not monitored frequently. Use the system to track your ticket and reply to any questions that may arise from the ticket. There will be a link in the email that will take you directly to the ticket so you can correspond with us.
